Belt Conveyor

Creper
After years of design improvement and development, this GS-CP Creper machine is heavily and accurately built to meet customer's requirements. It is successfully used in many rubber processing factories around the world.

With special designed rollers and grooving improvement, this machine is designed to have an excellent shearing effect on rubber. After several passes through the Creper, the crumb rubber can be easily dried without the occurrence (or appearance) of white spots. The shearing effect of the Creper together with the spraying of water on the roller assists in efficient dirt removing of foreign contaminants trapped in the rubber coagulum.

This machine was rigidly built with specially designed cast iron/heavy duty mild steel base plate.

Double Trolley Cleaning Device
The GS-DTCD Single Trolley Cleaning Device has been specifically designed for efficient cleaning of two trolleys per cycle. It is specially efficient in cleaning the perforated plates located at the bottom of the trolley where all the rubber residues stick and clog the perforated holes.

Dry Prebreaker
The GS-SDP Single Screw Dry Prebreaker is designed to be operated for the size reduction of special grades of rubber. It reduces large lumps or slabs into smaller pieces, under the hardest working condition.

The advantages of the Single Screw Dry Prebreaker :
  1. Easy to operate.
  2. No special skill requirement.
  3. Easy to maintain.
This machine has a large diameter scroll and many pieces of rotating knives with cutting edges. The scrolls and the rotating knives work as claw to push the rubber lumps and force them through the die plate. The final cutter attached to the shaft is used to pull the rubber away from the die plate.

Filling Station
The GS-FL Filling Station is specially designed for filling of the final stage processed rubber crumbs into trolley, it mainly comprises:
  1. Heavy and steady steel structure.
  2. Vibrating screen.
  3. Mobile hopper.
  4. Water reception / Discharge.
Filling Station will equipped with a ladder and platform to allow easy access for cleaning and maintenance. Servicing of vibrating screen is reduced to a minimum, due to special design of vibrator. Runway of mobile hopper is designed to avoid any dirt or contaminant to fall down into the trolley.

Hammer Mill
The GS-HM Hammer Mill machine is used very successfully in the reduction of rubber lump into smaller pieces, in the intermediate stages of crumb rubber processing line. The advantages of the Hammer Mill :
  1. High dirt removing capability.
  2. Moderate electrical consumption.
  3. Easy to operate and control.
  4. Easy to maintain.
This machine cuts and cleans out the dirt from the rubber coagulum. Water is needed in the rotating cavity for better cleaning and washing efficiency.

The hammer mill is fitted with special hardened steel hammers/cutters mounted on the rotor. A screen is fitted below to accommodate the size of the rubber.

Pumps
Water Circulation Pump

The water circulation pump is designed as a jetting pump. It delivers water at high pressure to spray as to push the rubber crumbs or granules around the blending tank with minimum agitation to the dirt or bark shavings that have settled to the bottom of the tank.

Crumb Pump

The crumb transfer pump is specially designed for the hydraulic transfer of the rubber granules to the vibrating screen of the filling station. It is non-clogging and features a set of stainless steel impeller in a thick gauge of stainless steel housing.

Triple Chamber 160MT Hydraulic Press
This 160 MT Triple Chamber Automatic Rubber Baling Press is specially designed for efficient automatic baling and high output of crumb rubber into bales form of 33.5kg or 35kg per bale.

A special feature of this 160 MT Press is its sharing power pack, each cycle of stroke have three chamber at one time. The unloading of the pressed bales by using pneumatic mechanism.

The structural frame of this press is made of strong welded steel structure and no elaborate pit is needed but just a flat concrete surface.

The operation of this press is fully automatic by touch screen and control by PLC.

Twin Chamber 100 MT Hydraulic Press
This 100 MT twin moving chamber Automatic Rubber Baling Press is specially designed for efficient automatic baling of crumb rubber into bales form of 33.5kg or 35kg per bale.

A special feature of this 100 MT Press is its twin moving chamber, which moves horizontally from one end to another during the operational cycle. While one chamber is being pressed, the other empty chamber will be loaded.

The structural frame of this press is made of strong welded steel structures which enable the machine to be installed directly on a flat concrete surface without necessity of costly civil works pit foundation.

The operation of this press is fully automatic by pressing the push buttons installed in the control panel console. It can also be operated manually when required by means of extra ancillary selector switch.

Twin Screw Prebreaker
The GS-TP Twin Screw Prebreaker is used very successfully in the size reduction of rubber lump into small pieces, over intermediate and final stages.

The advantages of the Twin Screw Prebreaker :
  1. Very low power consumption.
  2. Easy to operate. No special skill requirement.
  3. Easy to maintain
This machine has limited dirt removal efficiency, so unless the raw material shows low level of contamination, the Twin Screw Prebreaker is not suitable to use in Stage 1 and it will be best installed as a second stage size reduction equipment, after a slab cutter as first stage machine. The machine has two scrolls with cutting edge. The scrolls work as claw to pull rubber lump and forced it through the die plate. The material comes out as smaller rubber lumps which can be subsequently fed in creper or even in shredder. A cutting knife is attached on both shafts immediately outside of the die plate. These cutting knives help pulling the rubber away from the die plate.
